                                                    District Level

The District level kisan mela is organized at district Bijapur on 09/02/2013. The Hon’ble Guest had present in that function as Hon’ble Chief guest -     Dr. Raman Singh (Chief Minister, C.G. govt.), honour of guest : Miss Lata Usendi (DFC, C. G. Govt.),  Minister of Agriculture - Shri Chandrashekhar Sahu, Baster PMA: Shri Dinesh Kashyap, Bijapur MLA: Shri Mahesh Gagda. The total no. of Farmer’s Participation are 5000 and during this activity material distributed to farmer’s such as Hybrid Maize seeds, Calender,  Krishi Diary, leaflet, folder, pen, Paid etc.

                         The block level kisan mela has organized at Bhairamgarh , Bijapur on 20/03/2013. The Hon’ble Guest was hon’ble Chief guest: Shri Sukhdev Nag (President of Munciparty), honour of guest : Shri Budhram (President of ATMA Committee), Dept. of Agriculture : Shri R. K. Pisde (Block head ). The total no. of Farmer’s Participated were 325 and some material distributed to farmer’s is calender, Krishi Diary, leaflet, folder, pen, Paid etc.

                                 Block Level (Bhopal Patanam)

               The block level kisan mela has organized at Bhopal patanam , Bijapur on 22/03/2013. The Hon’ble Guest was hon’ble Chief guest : Shri K. Satyanarayan (President of Nagar Panchayat), honour of guest: Smt Shashikala Druwe (President of ATMA Committee),    Dept. of Agriculture : Shri H. Batkaiya (Block Head). The total no. of Farmer’s Participated were 200 and material distributed to farmer’s was Calender, Krishi Diary, leaflet,folder, pen, Paid etc.

           

                                             Kisan Gosthi

              This gosthi is organized in different villages by KVK scientist on different matter such as soil fertility and management, different disease in vegetables & crops, the proper management of disease in crops, Vegetables and management of disease in animals , proper care of new born calves, kids, chicks etc. We give information and  suggestion of the improved variety of crops and how can farmer’s better grow of crops and good his yields.

                                                  Field Day

                This activity is organized in different village of bijapur. The total no. of training is 03 and 200 participants are benefitted. The theme of this activity was Pigeon Pea. In that village farmer’s don’t know the Pigeon Pea. Our KVK scientist gave the information on Pigeon Pea and in future farmer’s will benefit by this activity

 Diagnostic visit to farmer’s field

                 The KVK scientist visit to farmer’s field  of many villages of bijapur district. In farmer’s field, scientist found the different types of problem Blast, wilt, nutrient deficiency, insect-stem borer, aphid, cut worm etc. Our scientist identified the problem and solve that problem by use of insecticide & fungicide / medicine or by proper management. During this visit nearest farmers also invite us in his fields for field problems.

  

                        Farmer visit to KVK

                      Farmer comes to visit our KVK with our problems. Sometimes he take some diseased portion of vegetables part and plant parts for scientist. Scientist see that parts of plants, identified the problem and solve farmer’s problem. Farmer wants the improved variety of crops, for that he also visit to KVK. The maximum no. of farmers grow the vegetables, that farmers also come to KVK for proper management of vegetables.

                      Animal Health Camp

                   We organize 02 Animal Health Camp in different village of Bijapur. In this farmer’s come with cattle, Buffalo, Goat, Poultry etc. In this activity we done many works such as : Vaccination of cattle, buffalo & goat and treatment of animal against disease such as :itching, formation of pus, dog bite, eye infection, scratching, tympany  etc. We also identified the problem of animal and gave suggestion to farmer’s accordingly with the help of medicine or with the proper management.

                   The name of News letter is Indira Kisan Mitan. The conservator of this news letter is Dr S. K. Patil (Vice-Chancellor IGKV, Raipur), guide line – Dr J. S. Urkurkar (DES, IGKV, Raipur), actuator -  Dr Anupam Mishra (Zonal Project Director,Zone-7, JNKV) . The total no. of Publisehed news letter is 03and quantity of news letter is 1000 in no. News letter was distributed to  Line Dept. of District, Authory IGKV, All Programme Coordinator of C.G., kisan mela, Sangwari , Farmer’s training etc.

                      Krishak Sangwari

              Krishak Sangwari has organized at different blocks of Bijapur district. Krishak Sangwari training worked under this project (newly appointed Sangwari) which major role in agriculture department in village level as well as field and other activities.
